Returns and Exchange

KAPAD.CO RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.

Before you return a Kapad.Co product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen & naturally dyed, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The pieces therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.


Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product or you wish to change the size although, Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.  In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with tags in original packaging ). The expenses incurred in the return or exchange of the product are to be borne by the customer, Kapad in no way will be responsible for the same.


Steps to making a return:

(a) All customers are to adhere to a 15-days return policy, from the day the product has been received by the customer. You must email customercare@kapad.co to notify us.

(b)Customers will be offered a store credit by default.

(c) Before we arrange for your product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the Kapad.Co QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.

(d) Once we have received an email notifying us of your concern with the product image and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.

(e) Kapad  will replace the item or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the customer’s account. Refunds & exchanges will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

(f) Kapad will mediate the process to ensure the product is in sellable condition before the return or exchange is initiated.


We recommend shipping returned product via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes.Kapad.Co does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund the shipping or insurance costs.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

Please Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, being natural fabrics & herbal dyes & as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.


All custom made orders are non-returnable & non refundable.



REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

  1. Genuine quality issues.
  2. Packages lost in transit.
  3. In case Kapad.Co discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
  4. Package refused by recipient.
  5. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  7. Minor colour and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and are dyed using natural dyes so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  8. If the product is not faulty or damaged.

All products sold on this website are guaranteed authentic. However, we are unable to comment on the authenticity of items not purchased from “www.kapad.co
